Spring is heating up and the calendar is stacked. The Mt Macedon Trail Run and the Great Ocean Trail Ultra might be grabbing the spotlight, but they’re just the beginning. Coastal hikes, night walks, SUP clinics, kite lessons, whitewater runs, wreck dives, climbing skills - you name it, it’s on. I’ll get a hike or ruck in myself… and now that this newsletter’s wrapped, I reckon I’ve earned a few hours for a SUP paddle too. What about you?

Take on the wild at the Mt Macedon Trail Run 2025. With distances from 10km to 50km, you’ll hit rugged forest trails, climb hard and breathe in that crisp mountain air. The race hub at the Top of the Range Tea Rooms is where the sweat turns into stories over food and warmth. It’s tough, no doubt. But excuses don’t climb mountains - your legs do.
